Rebecca Campbell

Rebecca Campbell is a Kemptville-based stage manager, educator, and arts administrator with over 30 years of experience in the Canadian theatre industry. She has worked with organizations nationwide, including the National Arts Centre, 1000 Islands Playhouse, St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival, Great Canadian Theatre Company, Globe Theatre, Alberta Theatre Projects, and Bard on the Beach. Rebecca has taught at Queen’s University and the University of Ottawa and served for 10 years with the National Arts Centre Foundation. She lives in Old Town Kemptville with her partner and two sons.

Tom Kuilder

Born in the Netherlands, Tom Kuilder has lived in Kemptville with his wife and two sons since 2012. He graduated from Kemptville’s NGDHS in 1988 and spent 20+ years in the aviation industry, most recently as the Chief Pilot of a Canadian airline. Tom has been with Transport Canada – Civil Aviation for 11 years and is currently the manager of several teams of specialist inspectors conducting oversight of Canada’s airlines.

Mike McCoy

Born in Toronto, Mike McCoy earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in Mathematics and Physics.

He had a long career in Facilities Management with the City of Scarborough and later with the City of Toronto, ultimately serving as the Director of Facilities Management. Mike and his wife Kathy moved to Kemptville in 2023 and love the community and now think of it as home.

Mike is confident that his knowledge of Facilities Management and his previous Board experience will be valuable to the Campus and is looking forward to making a contribution.

Dan MacKinnon

Dan MacKinnon

Dan MacKinnon comes from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia but currently calls Johnstown, Ontario home. After completing a BA in English and History at Mount Allison University, Dan spent many years working in the forestry industry before returning to school where he completed a diploma in Illustration for Sequential Arts and became a freelance illustrator. Starting in 2020, Dan worked alongside Connect Youth, Children’s Mental Health, and the Kemptville district hospital to develop and implement the WAY (wellness access for youth) program and continues to advocate for access to mental health support for youth. In his current work with Connect Youth, Dan works closely with the Kemptville Youth Centre, the Salvation Army Food Bank, and other community partners to promote and advance access to opportunities for youth in Kemptville. In his free time Dan enjoys gaming, gardening, and is an active member of the Saint Lawrence Sword Fighters Guild.
